User Instructions

Quick guide to use Trackr effectively for Jobs and Programs.

1. Choose a tracker

Use the top switcher (`Jobs` or `Programs`) to select your workspace.

2. Add entries with key dates

Include deadlines, next actions, and links so reminders and analytics stay useful.

3. Use filters and saved views

Filter by status/priority/dates and save reusable views for daily review.

4. Local vs Cloud mode

Local mode stores data in your browser. Cloud mode uses backend storage. They are separate datasets by default.

5. Sync local data to cloud

In local mode, use Sync Local -> Cloud before switching to cloud. You can also enable Auto Sync from the board toolbar or Settings. Trackr deduplicates entries using key fields (for example company+position+dates for jobs, university+program+term/year for programs) and uploads only new records.

Sync never deletes your local records. After sync, use Try Cloud Mode to view uploaded records from cloud.

6. Review analytics weekly

Check funnel conversion, cadence, deadlines, and missing-data cards to prioritize follow-ups.
